What you'll need
A WordPress + WooCommerce store, a Meta Business account with a pixel (dataset), and a PixelMili account. New accounts get one month free, no card needed. Plan on about 10 minutes.
Step 1: Add your store
Sign up, open Domains → Add domain and enter your store's address. PixelMili gives the store a tracking ID that starts with pm_ — you'll paste it into the plugin in step 3.
Step 2: Connect your Meta pixel
Go to Settings → Integrations → Meta. Paste your Pixel ID and an access token generated in Meta Events Manager (Settings → Conversions API → Generate access token). Save, then use "Send test event" to confirm Meta accepts it.
Step 3: Install the WooCommerce plugin
Download the PixelMili plugin zip from the WooCommerce page in our docs, then in WordPress go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin, choose the zip, install and activate. Open the plugin settings and paste your tracking ID.
That is the whole install. The plugin sends ViewContent, AddToCart, InitiateCheckout and Purchase from your server, attaches the visitor's Meta cookies so events match the right person, and keeps your Meta Pixel in the browser deduplicated against the server events.
Step 4: Watch your first event arrive
Open a product page on your store and add it to cart. Your PixelMili dashboard ticks off "first event received" within seconds, and the live event feed shows each event with what Meta replied. In Meta Events Manager the same events appear as "Server" within a few minutes.
Step 5 (recommended): Use your own tracking subdomain
Add a CNAME record such as track.yourstore.com pointing at the address shown in Domains, then click Verify. Browser events then go to your own domain, which ad blockers that work from lists of tracking domains don't match.
If you sell Cash on Delivery
Turn on "send Purchase when delivered" in Settings → Courier & COD so cancelled and returned orders never reach Meta as sales. It works with WooCommerce order statuses out of the box, and with Steadfast or Pathao if you connect them.
