Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using PixelMili ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and PixelMili (operated by Somaf Group, Dhaka, Bangladesh).

2. Description of service

PixelMili provides a server-side event tracking pipeline that collects conversion events from your website and forwards them to third-party advertising and analytics platforms (Meta CAPI, Google Analytics 4, TikTok Events API, LinkedIn Conversions API, Snapchat Conversions API, Pinterest Conversions API) as configured by you.

3. Account registration

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use PixelMili only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the Service to track individuals without their knowledge or consent where legally required.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service.
• Use the Service to transmit malware, spam, or any harmful content.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written permission.
• Use the Service in a way that violates the terms of any connected platform (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.).
• Attempt to overload or disrupt the Service infrastructure.

5. Data and privacy

You are the data controller for any personal data your visitors submit through your website. PixelMili acts as a data processor on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary legal basis (consent, legitimate interest, etc.) to collect and process your visitors' data in your jurisdiction. Our handling of that data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

6. Plans, billing, and payments

• Paid plans are billed monthly in advance (BDT or USD depending on your selected currency).
• Payments are processed via bKash, Nagad, or SSLCommerz. We do not store raw payment card data.
• If your payment fails, we will notify you and may suspend your account after a 7-day grace period.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. No refunds are issued for the current billing period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. You may cancel before the new pricing takes effect.

7. Service availability and SLA

We target 99.9% monthly uptime for the event collection endpoint (/collect). Scheduled maintenance will be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) or events outside our reasonable control.

8. Intellectual property

PixelMili and all associated trademarks, logos, and content are the property of Somaf Group. You retain all rights to your own data. By using the Service you do not acquire any intellectual property rights in the platform.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PixelMili shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability in any calendar month shall not exceed the amount you paid us in that month.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the Service in a way that harms other users or the platform. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your dashboard settings.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent in-dashboard notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
