Setup & Integration
Go to WordPress → Plugins → Add New, search "PixelMili", install and activate. Paste your workspace Tracking ID from your PixelMili dashboard. All standard WooCommerce events fire automatically — no coding needed.
No. Drop one script tag or install the WooCommerce plugin. CNAME setup is optional but guided step-by-step. Most merchants are live in under 10 minutes.
A CNAME record (e.g. track.yourstore.com → edge.pixelmili.com) makes all tracking first-party. Ad blockers that work from domain blocklists don't match your own subdomain, so more events get through. It's optional but strongly recommended.
Meta CAPI, Google Analytics 4, TikTok Events API, LinkedIn Conversions API, Snapchat Conversions API, and Pinterest Conversions API — all from one dashboard.
Tracking & Events
First check the PixelMili real-time debugger — if events appear there but not in Meta, it's usually a pixel ID or access token issue. Go to Settings → Integrations → Meta CAPI and verify both fields. It can also take 15–20 minutes for Meta to show new events.
PixelMili sends a unique event_id with every server-side event. If your browser pixel fires the same event, Meta matches the event_id and deduplicates automatically. You should keep your browser pixel running alongside PixelMili for best match quality.
PageView, ViewContent, AddToCart, InitiateCheckout, Purchase, Lead, Search, and CompleteRegistration. Custom events can be fired via the JavaScript API or HTTP API.
PixelMili holds the Purchase event for COD orders until your configured condition is met (e.g. status changes to "Processing", courier pickup scan, or a time delay). If the order is cancelled before then, no Purchase event fires to Meta.
Billing & Plans
Yes — bKash and Nagad. On the checkout page, Send Money to our number and enter your Transaction ID; we verify it and activate your plan, usually within a few hours. International cards are coming soon.
We email you when you pass 80% of your monthly limit. Events above the limit are not processed until the next month starts or you upgrade — so upgrade before you hit it.
Yes. Changes take effect immediately and you're billed the prorated difference. Downgrade from your dashboard settings.

Account & Security
All customer identifiers (email, phone) are hashed with SHA-256 before processing. We never store raw PII from tracking events. All data is transmitted over TLS. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Yes. Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account, or email contact@pixelmili.com. We will delete your account and all associated event data within 30 days.
Yes. Go to Settings → Workspace → Members to invite team members.
Click "Forgot password" on the login page and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.
